What template to use:

• OOR Base: use this for events that will ONLY be shown on the OoR calender
• OOR-Extended On-Campus: use this if you have an on-campus event that you want to share with CCTST or CCHMC
• OOR-Extended Off-Campus: use this if you have an off-campus event that you want to share with CCTST or CCHMC
